Zones to invest

Bulgaria is an excellent country to invest, but this does not want to say that all the zones should have the same perspectives of growth, performance or liquidity.

On the other hand the big cities, basically Sophia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas, have a very high demand real-estate national. Due to the fall of the sector of the agriculture, a strong process of migration exists to the cities, which assures at medium-term the demand not only will continue but it will increase. It is in these cities where we recommend to invest.

We might classify the choices under big cities, coast of the Black Sea, resorts of ski, small cities and land and mountain. The best choice depends of the investor preferences. Coast can be a good option if the investor wants to rent and also use the appartment. But a lot of care is required to invest there for chosing the right builder. Varna and the first line of coast will be always a good option. Flats in cities as Sofia, Plovdiv, Ruse, are also good alternatives. Houses in the land is another good alternative. Each alternative has their pros and cons, and selection has te be done carefully.
